RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: September 2026

At MAXEVORA, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns in accordance with this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible, you must request your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted for a change-of-mind return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup or other marks
  • Be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, selected items may be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions above.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by MAXEVORA.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy. Products supplied to Australian consumers come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is major, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy provided by law.

We do not require items to be in their original packaging in order for a customer to exercise rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Major Failures

Where a product has a major failure, customers may have the right under the Australian Consumer Law to choose a refund or replacement. The applicable remedy depends on the circumstances. For failures that are not major, the law provides for the problem to be remedied within a reasonable time.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable processing period for your refund to appear, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items may only be eligible for change-of-mind returns where stated at the time of purchase. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the applicable consumer guarantees.
